سياسة الخصوصية

FoodCheck Jordan مشروع بحثي مستقل ومجاني في مرحلة التطوير، وليس جهة حكومية ولا يمثّل المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء أو أي جهة رقابية. نجمع أقل قدر من البيانات يلزم لتشغيل الأدوات، ولا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلان.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا

2. بيانات المرضى
وحدة المستشفيات مصمَّمة لتعمل بدون أسماء المرضى. يجب على المنشأة إدخال رمز داخلي فقط، وعدم إدخال الاسم أو الرقم الوطني أو رقم الملف الطبي الصريح. المنشأة هي المسؤولة عن بيانات مرضاها وعن الربط بين الرمز وهوية المريض، ونحن نعالج هذه البيانات نيابةً عنها ولغرض الخدمة فقط.
3. مع من نشارك البيانات
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات تقنية يعالجون جزءاً منها لغرض تشغيل الموقع فقط:
- Railway: استضافة الموقع وقواعد البيانات.
- Anthropic: تحليل صور بطاقات البيان المرفوعة واستخراج النص منها.
- ZeptoMail: إرسال رموز الدخول إلى بريدك.
- USDA FoodData Central: تُرسَل إليه كلمات البحث عن المكونات فقط، دون أي بيانات شخصية.
- Google Analytics: إحصاءات الاستخدام.
قد تقع خوادم بعض هؤلاء المزوّدين خارج الأردن، وتخضع معالجتهم للبيانات لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم. وقد نكشف عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
4. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) والتخزين المحلي
foodcheck_session: لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول. ينتهي بعد 24 ساعة، أو بعد 30 يوماً إذا اخترت «تذكّرني».- تفضيل اللغة: يُحفظ في متصفحك فقط.
- ملفات Google Analytics: لإحصاءات الاستخدام. يمكنك حظرها من إعدادات المتصفح دون أن يتأثر عمل الأدوات.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والسجلات ما دام الحساب قائماً، لأن قيمة سجلات سلامة الغذاء تكمن في استمراريتها. عند طلب حذف الحساب نحذف بياناته خلال 30 يوماً، باستثناء ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به.
6. الحماية
يعمل الموقع عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ رموز الجلسات والدخول مشفّرة، وتُفصل بيانات المطاعم والمستشفيات في قواعد بيانات مستقلة. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل، لذا نرجو عدم إدخال بيانات لا تحتاجها الخدمة.
7. حقوقك
وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني رقم (24) لسنة 2023، يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب موافقتك على معالجتها. راسلنا على info@tpc-foodcheck.com وسنرد خلال 30 يوماً.
8. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطوّر المشروع، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. وإذا كان التغيير جوهرياً فسنُعلم أصحاب الحسابات عبر البريد.
Privacy Policy

FoodCheck Jordan is an independent, free research project under development. It is not a government body and does not represent the Jordan Food and Drug Administration or any regulator. We collect the minimum data needed to run the tools. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
1. What we collect and why

2. Patient data
The hospital module is designed to work without patient names. Facilities must enter an internal code only, not names, national ID numbers, or plain medical record numbers. The facility is responsible for its patients' data and for the link between a code and a patient's identity. We process this data on the facility's behalf and only to provide the service.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell data or share it for marketing. We use technical service providers who process part of it only to run the site:
- Railway: hosting the site and databases.
- Anthropic: analysing uploaded label photos and extracting their text.
- ZeptoMail: sending sign-in codes to your email.
- USDA FoodData Central: receives ingredient search terms only, with no personal data.
- Google Analytics: usage statistics.
Some of these providers may host data outside Jordan, and their processing is subject to their own privacy policies. We may disclose data where the law requires us to.
4. Cookies and local storage
foodcheck_session: keeps you signed in. Expires after 24 hours, or after 30 days if you choose “Remember me”.- Language preference: stored in your browser only.
- Google Analytics cookies: usage statistics. You can block them in your browser settings without affecting the tools.
5. Retention
We keep account data and records for as long as the account exists, because food-safety records are only useful if they are continuous. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
6. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), session and sign-in tokens are stored hashed, and restaurant and hospital data are kept in separate databases. No system is fully secure, so please do not enter data the service does not need.
7. Your rights
Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw your consent to its processing. Email info@tpc-foodcheck.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the project develops; the date of the last update appears at the top. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email.
