باستخدامك موقع FoodCheck Jordan (tpc-foodcheck.com) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها فيُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
1. طبيعة الخدمة
- FoodCheck Jordan أداة استشارية ضمن مشروع بحثي مستقل لمساعدة قطاع الغذاء على فهم المتطلبات الصحية وتطبيقها.
- الموقع غير تابع للمؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء ولا لأي جهة رقابية، ولا يمثّلها، ولا يصدر عنه أي ترخيص أو موافقة أو شهادة.
- النتائج لا تُغني عن مراجعة النص الرسمي للمواصفة أو التشريع. القرار النهائي للجهة المختصة.
2. دقة النتائج
- يُستخرج النص من صور البطاقات بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد يخطئ في القراءة. تحقّق دائماً من النتيجة مقابل العبوة الفعلية.
- تُبنى الأحكام على نُسخ محددة من المراجع (المواصفات القياسية الأردنية، Codex، تشريعات الاتحاد الأوروبي، قوائم FDA)، ونذكر النسخة وتاريخها حيثما أمكن. قد تتغير المراجع قبل أن نحدّثها.
- سجلات المطعم والمستشفى أداة توثيق. تبقى المنشأة مسؤولة عن تطبيق الإجراءات فعلياً وعن صحة ما تُدخله.
3. الخدمة مجانية وقيد التطوير
تُقدَّم الخدمة حالياً مجاناً وكما هي. قد نعدّل الميزات أو نوقفها أو نضع حدوداً للاستخدام اليومي. ونبذل جهدنا للحفاظ على السجلات، لكن ننصح بتصدير ما تحتاجه أو طباعته دورياً.
4. التزاماتك
- تقديم معلومات صحيحة والحفاظ على سرية الدخول إلى حسابك.
- عدم إدخال بيانات شخصية لا تحتاجها الخدمة، وعدم إدخال أسماء المرضى في وحدة المستشفيات (انظر سياسة الخصوصية).
- عدم محاولة اختراق الموقع أو تعطيله، أو استخراج قواعد البيانات آلياً، أو تجاوز حدود الاستخدام.
- عدم تقديم نتائج الموقع على أنها قرار أو موافقة رسمية من أي جهة.
5. الملكية
نصوص المراجع ملك لجهاتها الأصلية. أما تصميم الموقع وقواعد التحقق وطريقة عرض النتائج فهي من عمل FoodCheck Jordan. بياناتك وسجلات منشأتك تبقى ملكك.
6. حدود المسؤولية
بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل FoodCheck Jordan المسؤولية عن أي قرار تجاري أو تنظيمي يُتخذ بناءً على نتائج الموقع، ولا عن أي ضرر ينتج عن خطأ في القراءة أو الحكم أو عن توقف الخدمة.
7. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويحق لنا تعليق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
8. القانون المطبّق والتعديلات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. قد نحدّثها مع تطوّر المشروع، واستمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using FoodCheck Jordan (tpc-foodcheck.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the service is
- FoodCheck Jordan is an advisory tool within an independent research project that helps the food sector understand and apply health requirements.
- The site is not affiliated with the Jordan Food and Drug Administration or any regulator, does not represent them, and issues no licence, approval, or certificate.
- Results do not replace reading the official text of a standard or regulation. The final decision rests with the competent authority.
2. Accuracy
- Text is extracted from label photos by AI and can be misread. Always check results against the physical package.
- Verdicts rely on specific versions of the references (Jordanian standards, Codex, EU legislation, FDA lists), and we state the version and date where possible. References may change before we update them.
- Restaurant and hospital records are a documentation tool. The establishment remains responsible for actually applying the procedures and for the accuracy of what it enters.
3. Free and under development
The service is currently provided free of charge and as is. We may change or discontinue features, or set daily usage limits. We do our best to preserve records, but we recommend exporting or printing what you need regularly.
4. Your obligations
- Provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure.
- Do not enter personal data the service does not need, and do not enter patient names in the hospital module (see the Privacy Policy).
- Do not attempt to breach or disrupt the site, scrape its databases automatically, or bypass usage limits.
- Do not present the site's results as an official decision or approval by any authority.
5. Ownership
Reference texts belong to their original publishers. The site design, checking rules, and presentation of results are the work of FoodCheck Jordan. Your data and your establishment's records remain yours.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FoodCheck Jordan is not liable for any business or regulatory decision made on the basis of the site's results, or for any damage arising from a reading or verdict error or from service interruption.
7. Ending use
You may ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend any account that breaches these terms.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We may update them as the project develops, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
