United States (FDA) Listed

FDA Substances Added to Food and Color Additive Status (substance level)

Listed for direct use in food (21 CFR 172.515, 172.836, 172.838, 172.840, 172.842). The conditions of use are in that section.

Substance level only: FDA does not set limits by food category the way Codex and the EU do; conditions of use are in the cited 21 CFR section.
