الولايات المتحدة (FDA) غير موجود

غير موجود في قائمة FDA للمواد الملوّنة. في الولايات المتحدة لا يُستخدم الملوّن إلا إن كان مدرجاً في 21 CFR 73/74.

على مستوى المادة فقط: إدارة الغذاء والدواء الأمريكية لا تضع حدوداً حسب الفئة الغذائية كما يفعل Codex والاتحاد الأوروبي؛ شروط الاستخدام في بند 21 CFR المذكور.
